Yay! AncestryDNA just changed the format of the match list, adding the shared cM and number of shared segments for each match. Here is an example of the new format:

I have been using a work-around using MedBetterDNA Chrome extension (explained here: MedBetterDNA – Improve the AncestryDNA Experience) to see the shared cM numbers to this page. But it’s better to have Ancestry display this automatically. Because it was so hidden before, many cousins had no idea to find this information before, let alone understand it. This new format is a win for all.
