Good news from the Southern California Genealogy Society, host of the annual Genealogy Jamboree in Burbank. The early bird pricing for the Jamboree until this Saturday, April 21st. This year the conference will be held June 1-2, with optional classes on May 31st.
Have you attended the Genealogy Jamboree? It is a fabulous opportunity to hear from some of the best presenters on a great variety of topics, and meet lots of new genealogy friends. For those of us on the West Coast who are usually pretty far from the major conferences, this is a great opportunity.
If you can’t attend in person, some sessions are usually live-streamed courtesy of Ancestry, and others are available on a pay-per-view basis. Stay tuned for more information about that as the conference day approaches.
